It may be an overused definition nowadays but when I first entered the world

of banking over 50 years ago businesses were solely judged by SERVICE.

Particularly in Banking & Businesses in general word spread around the local

community very quickly if you were less than top class.

Remember the adage in Retail the yardstick was amongst others M&S (Marks

& Spencer).

My old boss God Rest His Soul used to say “David, Mediocre People Run

Mediocre Businesses“.

Still so true today so much so that there is of course much more competition

both on the High Street, Industrial Parks, and of course On-line.

My Service Ethos is very simple in that not only do I want to help you in your
